How long have you been doing this?
I was the kid in elementary school that carried her digital camera around all the time. I studied photography in college and worked in a studio while continuing my education in mortuary science. Photography has continued to be a passion of mine, and I am proud to say I have over 10 years of professional experience.
How many photos do we get?
That depends on your session type! Mini sessions average around 15. Full engagement sessions average around 80. Events vary based on time. Weddings - ha, so many. Hundreds.
There's never a "max" number of photos you'll receive. If it's worth editing, you get it. No upcharge, no limits.
How do we get our photos?
Your photos will be sent to you in an online gallery. You're welcome to share this with friends and family, download them, post to social media, and order prints.
Do you Travel?
You bet I do. Let's chat and I'll give you a quote.
Do you retouch photos?
All of my delivered photos are edited to a varying degree.
If it's something that will go away within a week or two - such as a scratch, bruise, temporary tattoo, or giant zit - I'll remove it.
If I notice a medical device (continuous glucose monitor, medical alert bracelet, etc) those are always left visible, unless I have an explicit request from the owner to remove it.
I will not make you thinner. I will not remove your double chin. You're freaking beautiful and nobody wants to remember a retouched version of you.
Whats your turn around time?
Depending on the type of session, my turn around time is anywhere from a week to six weeks. I'll make sure to let you know the turnaround time for your session during our first conversation, and it will be outlined in your contract.
Weddings take 8 weeks at minimum for full album delivery.
I am currently running roughly 4 weeks for all sessions with the exception of boudoir and weddings.

How far out do you book?
Honestly, it depends on the season. If you have a specific date in mind, I recommend scheduling at least four weeks in advance.
Weddings book up significantly faster. I am already booking for fall 2024. I may still have your date, so shoot me a text and I'll let you know.
Can you help us with planning?
Absolutely. We will chat a few times before your session and I'll help however I can!
What should we wear?
Something comfortable that you can move around confidently in! I don't recommend matching outfits, but rather complimentary colors that are in-season. Maybe save the Hawaiian shirts for a beach session. With certain packages, you'll receive a styling guide once you've signed your contract!
